TRD Pro Plus 4 Complete Lift Kit! ReadyLIFT 4" Lift Kit Available For 2015-2021 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Trucks! ReadyLIFT delivers a great Pro Plus 4 lift kit that will provide 4" of front lift to TRD Pro Tundra trucks that come factory with 2" of front lift. That equals the same height as ReadyLIFT's 6" lift kit on a standard Tundra. And even better, this kit allows you to retain use of the factory Bilstein/Fox coil-overs and reservoir rear shocks! That's right, this great new system retains use of ALL of the factory TRD Pro suspension components. NOTE: For use only on 2015-2021 Tundra TRD Pro w/ Bilstein/Fox coilover shocks NOTE: Will not work with the TRD rear swar bar option. NOTE: Cannot use the factory front skid plate. NOTE: Factory Wheels - This system will only work with factory 20" wheels - Will not work with some factory 18" wheels. Properly sized aftermarket wheels okay. The 44-5640 Pro Plus 4 inch lift kit for Tundra TRD Pro trucks is packed full of the same great features found in ReadyLIFT's standard Tundra 6" lift kit! Starting with ReadyLIFT's ultra strong laser cut, CNC bent, welded and boxed sub frame drop assemblies that not only keep your suspension geometry where it is suppose to be, but also increase your ground clearance 2 inches over the competition! ReadyLIFT's unique and precision-designed iron knuckles feature CNC machining to guarantee precise fit while allowing for retention of the factory tie rods. That means no cutting or replacing your tie rods - ever! The 4 inches of lift is created by ReadyLIFT's innovative and industry-leading offset top mount spacer design. These strong steel spacers attach to the factory Bilstein/Fox coilover/strut - resulting in a factory ride - while positioning the suspension in such a way as to not increase track width. What does that mean? It means your front tires won't stick out further than your rear tires like with other kits. AND it means you can run your stock wheels with stock tires and use your spare tire if needed. That is some serious added value for you! ReadyLIFT's sub assembly design features a truly innovative approach to dropping the differential. ReadyLIFT's diff drop kit is engineered for easy installation - easiest on the market - and correctly positions the differential to maintain great CV axle and drive line angles. This kit has been engineered around developing and offering a top quality lift solution for Tundra TRD Pro owners. We sought to correct so many of the issues that exist with other Tundra lift kits on the market. With ReadyLIFT's 44-5640 Pro Plus 4" lift kit you can rest assured you will not be wearing out those tires. ReadyLIFT's system is built around maintaining correct alignment and geometry specifications. That is something both you and your installer will love! For the rear this kit includes ReadyLIFT's time-tested OEM-style cast iron rear lift blocks and longer u-bolts with hardware. Additionally, we also include bump stop extensions all the way around as well as sway bar frame mount brackets to keep the front sway bar in a factory position. And to keep you driving on those high-quality Bilstein/Fox reservoir shocks, we include ReadyLIFT's popular shock stem extensions that extend the installed length of the shock without altering the compressed and extended length. All of this contributes to an excellent driving and handling suspension system that truly compliments your Tundra TRD Pro truck! How big of a tire can you run? We recommend 35" as the maximum on a 9" wheel with a +25 offset for the least chance of rubbing. (Front mud flaps may need to be removed depending on the tread design of the tire.)
35" Maximum tire diameter
35x12.50 for no rub on a 9" wide wheel with +25 offset
Tire Size Note: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Every tire and wheel combination should be test fit prior to installation. Consult your local installer to learn more about the right tire fitment for your application.
Ride Quality Note: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.
Please read Instructions thoroughly and completely before beginning installation. Installation by a certified mechanic is recommended.
