Lowest Price Guarantee

We go above and beyond to offer you the best prices on wheels and accessories. If you come across a lower price advertised on another website, we are happy to match or beat it. However, there are a few requirements to qualify for this guarantee:

ㆍThe competing website must be an authorized dealer of the brand of wheels.
They must have the exact wheels in stock with the correct offset and size.
ㆍThe price must be provided in writing; we do not accept screenshots of checkout carts or emails as proof.
We reserve the right to verify the pricing and availability by contacting the merchant.
We do not honor price matching from websites that do not advertise the correct MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing.
We also reserve the right to refuse the guarantee if we determine that the website is fraudulent or not an authorized dealer.

 

Sale Price and Promotions Policy

We strive to provide our customers with exceptional deals and promotions on wheels and accessories. However, it is important to note the following policies regarding sale prices and promotions:

 

ㆍSale Price Changes: The sale price of any wheels on sale is subject to change without prior notice. As most sale items are in limited supply, once they are sold out, the sale on those specific wheels will end. While we make every effort to remove listings for sold-out items, in the event that a customer's order has already been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if we are unable to reach an agreement with the customer on a suitable substitute, at our discretion.
ㆍPricing Accuracy: We constantly update our inventory and pricing. However, human errors may occur, and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Rest assured, we will make every effort to honor pricing on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at our discretion.
ㆍPromotions and Offers: Throughout the year, we offer various promotions and special deals to our valued customers. Please note that promotions can end abruptly if a new promotion becomes available. We reserve the right to refuse to honor a promotion or sale if the promotional period has ended. Additionally, promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
ㆍAvailability and Modifications: All promotions and offers are subject to availability and can be canceled or modified at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website. All products offered on our websites are special orders. However, due to the wide range of custom wheel styles we offer from various manufacturers, it's important to understand the availability of these products:

 

ㆍInventory and Manufacturers: We maintain our own inventory for some wheel styles, while others are available from the manufacturers' inventories. Please note that not all styles, colors, sizes, offsets, or bolt patterns are available at all times. Both our inventory and the manufacturers' inventories are subject to constant changes. 

ㆍUpdating Inventory: We strive to keep our website updated by removing discontinued styles and adding new ones. However, maintaining accurate and real-time inventory is an ongoing process, and we do our best to ensure its accuracy.

ㆍUnavailable Products: In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, we reserve the right to decline, suspend, cancel, reject, or limit the quantities of that particular order. We will promptly notify you if any product(s) in your order are unavailable. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the order and the product is unavailable, we will make every effort to issue a refund promptly.

If you come across a price that appears to be incorrect or exceptionally low (e.g., a $500.00 wheel listed for $5.00), it is likely an error. ㆍUnavailable Products: In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, we will make every effort to issue a refund promptly if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the order.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure a smooth delivery of your order. Please review the following information regarding shipping and delivery:

ㆍTracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email for easy tracking of your package.
ㆍShipping Charges: The fixed/free shipping prices apply to residents of the continental United States. Additional charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Our sales representative will contact you to discuss the extra shipping costs.
ㆍShipping Timeframe: We aim to ship orders within 48-72 hours after receiving a cleared payment via PayPal or Credit Card with a confirmed address, on weekdays before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. However, certain factors such as back-ordered items or quality checks may cause shipping delays. In such cases, we will notify you in advance regarding any foreseeable delays.
ㆍShipping Methods: To ensure fast and secure delivery, we utilize reliable shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, and various Ground/Air shipping and freight services. The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination. Please note that certain products may require additional time for shipping due to factors beyond our control, including manufacturing, painting, modification, or assembly.
ㆍOversized Shipments: Oversized items may require truck freight or LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping, which differs from regular ground shipments. Please be aware that these items will require inspection and a signature upon delivery.
ㆍAdditional Charges: Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, Guam, Virgin Islands, and international destinations may incur additional shipping charges. Please note that any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

ㆍHoliday Season and COVID-19 Delays: During peak holiday seasons and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays may occur due to the increased volume of shipments handled by shipping providers. Please understand that these delays are beyond our control. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that shipping delays during such circumstances are acceptable.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our order cancellation policy below:

ㆍEligibility: Orders that have not been shipped and are not marked as custom order/non-refundable items are eligible for cancellation. Once an item has been shipped or is marked as non-refundable, it cannot be canceled or modified.
ㆍTimely Cancellation: We encourage customers to submit cancellation requests on the same day that the order is placed to avoid order cancellation/restocking fees. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer service or sales team via phone.

ㆍFee for Canceled Orders: Orders that have fully processed or shipped and are subsequently canceled are subject to a 35% cancellation/restocking fee, along with any shipping charges incurred by AudioCityUSA. If the product(s) have been ordered from our suppliers or have already shipped, your order will be subject to all freight and handling charges, in addition to a 35% restocking fee.
ㆍNon-Returnable Products: Certain products that are labeled as "Non-Refundable" cannot be canceled or modified once installation/manufacturing has begun. These items include, but are not limited to:

- Wheel and tire packages
- Custom-painted wheels
- Custom-built wheels
- 3-piece wheels
- Forged wheels
- Special orders

 

Return Policy

At AudioCityUSA, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you need to make a return, please review our return policy guidelines below:

ㆍEligibility:
- All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
- Returns are not accepted for wheel and tire packages, custom-painted wheels, special orders, and 3-piece wheels.
- Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products in used, damaged, or non-brand-new condition
- All returned merchandise must include all original accessories and packaging.
- Mounted wheels are not eligible for return. Wheels must be fit-checked on the vehicle before mounting tires.

ㆍReturn Authorization:
- All returns require a return authorization (RA) number.
- To obtain an RA number, please file a claim on our website.
- The RA number must be legibly printed on each package of the return shipment.
- Any return without an RA number will be refused, and any shipping/freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

ㆍPackaging and Shipping:

- We are not able to provide credit for merchandise damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper packaging and protection.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging charges, both ways.

- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- Wheels that qualified for our "free shipping" promotion are subject to shipping charges accrued both to and from the customer.

- Coordination of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. In the event of an error by AudioCityUSA, a return shipping label will be provided.

- For products requiring freight, LTL shipping, or international shipping, returns are accepted, but the shipping charges will be based on estimates from the carrier, which may exceed the product cost.

- For orders delivered within the continental US, if the return is based on reasons such as no longer needing the product, purchasing the wrong product (where the description is accurate), or any reason not resulting from AudioCityUSA's error, the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from the refund.
 

ㆍRestocking Fee:

- All return orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

- The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
 

ㆍInspection and Verification:

- Returns related to defects, damage, fitment, or other flaws may require additional inspection.

- Depending on the product, we may request the return of the product for inspection.

- If the customer seeks a report from their own mechanic, verification may be required by shipping the product back to our source for additional inspection.

 

ㆍAssembly and Modification:

- Any incorrect parts must not be assembled, installed, or modified.

- Any sign of assembly, installation, or modification deems the parts non-refundable/non-returnable.
 

ㆍLabor Fees:

- AudioCityUSA is not responsible for any labor fees incurred by third parties for the installation, mounting, or rebalancing of wheels and tires.
 

ㆍReturn Process:

- File a claim on our website for a Return Authorization (RA) number, packaging information, and shipping instructions.

- Package the merchandise properly for return shipping, ensuring it is protected from damage.

- Print the RA number legibly on each package of the return shipment.

- Ship the items back to us.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

 

Warranty for Wheels and Tires

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our warranty policy for wheels and tires below:
 

ㆍWarranty Claim Request:

- All warranty claims must be submitted by filling out a warranty claim request on our website.

- Upon review of the request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Only products with a valid RA number will be accepted. All other returns will be refused upon arrival.
 

ㆍShipping and Tracking:

- When shipping your item for warranty service, please use a tracked shipping method such as FedEx or UPS. Provide us with the tracking number in writing.

- It is recommended to insure the shipped items for the full purchase price.

- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways for a warranty claim.

- Ensure proper packaging of the product to prevent damage during shipping. AudioCityUSA is not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging.
 

ㆍUsage and Warranty Delays:

AudioCityUSA will make every effort to ensure timely product replacements and warranty services. However, we are not liable for any loss of use, additional financing costs, or related claims resulting from delays in the replacement or repair of products. Any claims related to delayed usage, financing fees, or time without product use due to warranty issues will be reviewed solely at AudioCityUSA's discretion.
 

ㆍInspection and Manufacturer Evaluation:

- Upon arrival, the returned products will be inspected by our team.

- If the manufacturer determines that the product is not eligible for warranty coverage, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense, without repair or replacement.

ㆍWire Wheels Disclaimer:
- For show use only - not intended for daily driving or regular road use.
- Upon purchase, buyer assumes all liability and responsibility for proper installation and maintenance, including tightening knock-offs every 500 miles.
- Limited 1-year structural warranty and a 3-month finish warranty; silicone seals are not covered under warranty.

 

Please note that warranty coverage and terms may vary depending on the specific brand and product. It is important to consult the manufacturer's warranty documentation for detailed information on coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
 

Billing, Refunds, and Credits

- It may take several days for the inspection and processing of returned items to be completed.

- Once the refund has been approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

- Once the refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

- Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

- The exact time it takes for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

- While the wheel and tire specifications provided, including offset, finish, wheel width, bolt pattern, and tire size, are accurate, the final fitment is the responsibility of the customer.

- Factors such as brake caliper clearance, lug nut or lug bolt size/length, vehicle ride height, and age/condition of the vehicle should be taken into account. Professional installation and fitment advice are highly recommended. Some vehicles may require additional modifications.
