Forged Wheels Warranty Policy

Forged Wheels guarantees to the original retail purchaser that the wheels will be free from structural or manufacturing defects under normal use for as long as the purchaser owns the product. Proof of ownership must be provided by an invoice in the name of the original retail purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

 

The factory-painted and chrome-plated wheels are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers peeling and separation of chrome from the wheel but does not cover surface rust or pitting.

 

Warranty Policies

Under this warranty, Forged Wheels will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product that is returned freight prepaid to the original dealer, provided the product has failed under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. Installation charges are not included in the repair or replacement. All products must be returned to the original place of purchase, not directly to Forged Wheels.

 

Conditions That Void the Warranty

• Damage due to transit, misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.

• Use of the product with hardware, adapters, etc., not supplied by Forged Wheels.

• Any modifications, repairs, or changes made by anyone other than Forged Wheels.

• Corrosion of the finish due to neglect, caustic cleaning chemicals, harsh car washes, adverse weather, or improper care.

• Lack of original invoice or sales receipt for verification or upon transfer of ownership by the original purchaser.

• Damage occurring during installation or rotation.

• Damage from improper maintenance or cleaning agents.

• Products sold as defective items.

 

※All warranty returns reviewed by Forged Wheels' quality control team and deemed not covered by the warranty will be rejected and returned without repair or replacement at the sender's expense. Each wheel must have a valid RMA number, or it will be refused.
