LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, guaranteeing that the wheels will be free from cosmetic defects. AudioCityUSA is not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty. Please note the following terms and conditions:

Coverage

Under normal and reasonable use, the warranty covers:

• ㆍ Repairing or replacing the wheels only
• ㆍ Structural defects in material
• ㆍ Defects in workmanship or materials
• ㆍ Peeling of clear coat, chrome, or paint on the wheel face
• ㆍ Bleminishes in clear coat, chrome, or paint finish 

The manufacturer will inspect all warranty claims and returns. If they're valid, the wheels will be fixed or replaced as decided by the manufacturer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must pay for shipping in warranty claims, both to send the wheels for inspection and to receive the repaired or replaced ones.

To keep the warranty valid, it's important to take care of the wheel finish. This means:

• ㆍ Putting on non-abrasive car wax before using the wheels
• ㆍ Cleaning with mild soap and warm water, using a soft sponge or cloth
• ㆍ Waxing again after each wash or at least every season

Not following these maintenance guidelines can cancel the warranty on the wheel finish and any related claims.

Limitations and Exclusions

The limited warranty applies only to the original owner/purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover:

• ㆍ Installation costs, transportation costs, or loss of use
• ㆍ Peeling of the paint, clear coat, or chrome in the barrel or the back of the wheel
• ㆍ Discoloration or fading of the paint arising from exposure to caustic chemicals, salt, or sunlight
• ㆍ Wheel corrosion, pitting, scratches, or staining occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, or neglect
• ㆍ Wheels that have been damaged by accident, impact, misuse, negligence, off-road use, racing, or exceeding the maximum load rating
• ㆍ Wheels that have been altered, modified, or repaired
• ㆍ Scratches, stone chips, or curb rash caused by road hazards
• ㆍ Use of clip-on weights on the outer lip of the wheel
• ㆍ Damage caused by tire installation or the use of an impact gun
• ㆍ Wheels not purchased from an authorized dealer
• ㆍ Defects in accessories (accessories determined to be defective in workmanship or materials while the wheel is under warranty will be repaired or replaced, but the warranty does not cover defects in accessories)

Wire Wheels Coverage

Wire Wheels are not covered under the Limited Warranty. Please note the following warranty coverage for Wire Wheels:

• ㆍ The wheels are warranted to be free from finishing defects for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• ㆍ Under normal and reasonable use, the warranty covers peeling and blemishes in the clear coat, chrome, or paint on the wheel face.
• ㆍ There is no warranty or replacement available for the silicone seal used in Wire Wheels. Customers are advised to exercise caution and handle the wheels with care to avoid any damage to the silicone seal.

Wire Wheels are mainly for show, not everyday use. Customers take on all risks when they own and use these wheels.

Usage and Warranty Delays

The manufacturer will make every effort to ensure timely product replacements and warranty services. However, AudioCityUSA is not liable for any loss of use, additional financing costs, or related claims resulting from delays in the replacement or repair of products. Any claims related to delayed usage, financing fees, or time without product use due to warranty issues will be reviewed solely at AudioCityUSA's discretion.
