Application Disclosure

PLEASE READ THESE APPLICATION DISCLOSURE TERMS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, THE USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION.

The software that the user is using is provided, owned, and controlled by Progressive Finance Holdings, LLC, Prog Leasing, LLC, Approve.Me LLC, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions ("Approve.Me").

By submitting this application, the user is requesting Approve.Me to provide application information to affiliates as well as to retailers and other Waterfall Participants. "Waterfall Participant" means any credit provider or provider of leasing services that services are offered to consumers through the Waterfall. The information that Approve.Me provides to the waterfall participants includes Personally Identifiable Information and other criteria used and or requested by the waterfall participant. The application criteria and data requested from each waterfall participant may vary. Approve.Me may store and collect information as the customer inputs it. When the user's application is submitted to waterfall participants, some data entered by the user in the application may be modified to match the field acceptance criteria of the waterfall participants (e.g. rounding of numbers, capitalization, and the inclusion or exclusion of punctuation marks and other special characters.

The user authorizes Approve.Me to forward application information and decisions to the retailer location that the user selects in the application and/or to the retailer location where the user's application was entered.

The user promises that the information that the user provides on this application is accurate. Reasonable efforts are made by Approve.Me to maintain accurate information. However, the waterfall participants maintain application information pursuant to their own agreements. Further, all waterfall participant information is presented without warranty. Prior to the user clicking on the participant's application "submission" button the user can review the terms and conditions of participant's website.

The offers that appear within this waterfall are provided as a result of each participant's relationship with the retailer. This relationship may impact the placement and the terms of the products that appear within this waterfall. Approve.Me does not include all credit card companies or all lease purchase offers available in the marketplace.

Each waterfall participant determines their own underwriting criteria necessary for approval. All terms and conditions, rates, and fees are subject to the waterfall participants' discretion and are presented to the user without guarantee. There is no guarantee that the user will be approved for credit or for a lease purchase offer through any of the waterfall participants.

The user agrees that by providing the user's mobile phone number, Approve.Me has permission to contact the user at that number about the user's account. The user's consent allows Approve.Me to use text messaging, artificial, or prerecorded voice messages, and automatic dialing technology for informational and account service calls. Such communication may include contact from companies working on Approve.Me's behalf to service the user's accounts. Message and data rates may apply. The user may contact Approve.Me at any time to change these communication preferences.
