2. Checking the Treads

The second thing is to keep an eye on your tire treads. If your tires are bare and smooth, then you have no traction and the rubber is very worn. This can lead to any number of accidents.

3. Rotate Your Tires

The last item is tire rotation. Vehicle manufacturers recommend a tire rotation every 5,000 miles or so, depending on make and model.

Rotating your tires allows the wear and tear from driving to be even across all 4 of your tires. The design on most tires have this idea in mind, so don’t forget it!

As well, hot weather can make rubber go soft. This can leave your tires more vulnerable to bumps and debris. Be mindful every time your car has been out on hot asphalt for a while.
