Return / Exchange Product

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund on products in new/unused condition.
All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

No return on custom painted wheels, special orders, 3 piece wheels
Any return without an RA number will be refused
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
AudioCityUSA is not responsible for any shops labor fees to install, mount,
or rebalance your wheels and tires

FILE A CLAIM Please file a claim through below form

RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION You will recieve RA(Return Authorization) form with the exact return address and shipping label within 1-3 business days

SHIP IT BACK Print and attach the provided shipping label as well as the RA form to the outside of the package

RECEIVE REFUND Once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 48 hours
